DETAILS AS BELOW:

1. HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?

Easy: e-mail us at officialhairstylre360@gmail.com and let us know your order number. We will then provide you with instructions and a return address to ship your set back. All returned items will be inspected to see if you have the qualify for a refund. All items must be returned in its original, factory condition, (unaltered, unworn, undamaged and with tags attached with the original packaging) as we do not sell refurbished or previously owned products.  Please make sure the wig is INTACT and the LACE has NOT been cut.Note: we highly recommend to ship your set via a trackable shipping option, as that can greatly expedite the process.

2. WHAT IS THE RETURN PERIOD?

We will provide a refund period on unopened hair within (7) days of the date that you receive your hair.

3. DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR THE SHIPPING OF MY RETURN?

Yes, you are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend that you send your return with a tracking option, because Hairstyle360 will not be responsible for lost returns. Note: please indicate “RETURN, NO DUTIES” on the package, otherwise the package may be returned to you.

4. MAY I RETURN MY HAIRSTYLE360 HAIR WITHOUT CONTACTING YOU?

No. You must contact us prior to sending your return, as the return address may be different from the address your order was originally shipped from. Please note that refunds for merchandise returned without contacting us cannot be guaranteed.

5. WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

A full refund of product cost would be refunded to the original method of payment after we have received, inspected and confirmed. However shipping costs are non refundable. All customers must contact us after sending the package back and provide us with the tracking information in order for us to process the refund. Some financial institutions can take up to 3 business days to process the refund. Please allow a few business days for your financial institution to reflect the refund on your statement prior to contacting us.

Insufficient fund If you meet the insufficient fund error log when you make payment by credit card, please make sure that you have sufficient funds in your account and that payment for your order does not exceed your credit limit. Please also make sure you have used a Visa or MasterCard personal credit card to finish payment, because at present debit card or business card is unable to be supported.

Exceed limit Please make sure the order amount does not exceed your credit card limit. Or the payment is unable to go through smoothly.

Log into MY ACCOUNT to view the status of your order Track your shipment by using the tracking number provided to you once your item(s) have been shipped. You cannot track your order before it has been shipped.

If you don’t know what your  tracking code is or if you’re having difficulty tracking your package, feel free to contact us via our contact us page 

If you can’t track your order using the tracking number provided:

1. Please contact us to confirm whether we have provided you with the correct tracking number. Please also check if we have changed the shipping information. You can contact us via our instant messenger tool, chat with us or click contact us to send us a message

2. Please contact the shipping company to confirm if the order was dispatched. Sometimes shipping companies take 1-2 days to update new delivery information on this link- Click here.

Normally the package can be delivered with 5-7 days, The length of time in which you receive your order will depend on many factors such as the shipping method as well as the location of the shipping address. 

Once your order has been  shipped, you will receive a  tracking number by email, enabling you to track your order.

 If you decide to cancel your order you can contact us and we will assist you in doing so.
